On Monday, April 9, 2012, the Bedford School Board met with their legislators to discuss bills of concern, particularly HB 1403 which would prevent New Hampshire school districts from adopting the International Baccalaureate program.  After the exchange with legislators, two legislators, Senator Ray White (R-Bedford) and Rep. Keith Murphy (R-Bedford),  were able to stay and hear from the public.

Bedford High adopted the program as an option in 2008 when the new high school was opened and has been pleased with it.  This is a short selection of the testimonials from testimonials by the public, including teachers, students, former students and school board members.  I was not able to get people's names with enough reliability to include them in the video but many of them are included in the full report on the meeting posted on the Bedford Patch, here.
